We made this for National Cherry Cheesecake Day! I had no clue that there is literally a national food day for everything! We were more than happy to celebrate this one! Our family LOVES cherries, so this was a no brainer!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Nabisco NiIla Wafers Crushed
- 1 Cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 stick of Kerry Gold unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ozs. of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 Cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz. Cool Whip Extra Creamy whipped cream
- 2 small boxes of Jello Cheesecake pudding mix
- 3 Cups milk
- 1 can Lucky Leaf Pie Filling
- ½ Cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup Nilla wafer crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Pulse Nilla wafers and pecans in a food processor or Ninja blender until fine
- Mix with melted butter and until all is incorporated and flatten in to 9'' x 13'' pan.
- Bake for 12 minutes and take out to cool for the crust.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 8 ozs. of whipped cream together with a hand mixer.
- In a separate bowl, blend the pudding mix, milk and 4 ozs. of whipped cream with hand mixer.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust then layer the pudding mixture over top.
- Add the cherry pie filling on top and top with remainder of the whipped cream.
- Sprinkle the Nilla wafer crumbs and chopped pecans over top.
- garnish with a Marachino cherry!
